About the event
Emily Crawford Dann has such amazing talent and delicate finess in the kitchen. Owner of the Corson Building (look it up if you are not familiar), she has spent the better part of 2 decades in that and other kitchens (think Boulettes Larder in the ferry bulidng) honing her special flavors that are a combination of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors with the feel and delights and freshness of the Pacific Northwest. She develops strong ties with the farmers / fishers / pervayors around her, and bring an inspired middle eastern seasoning to them.
We are so excited to get her down here to CA to see what she does with our local ingredients (Prestons farm included) as well as perhaps a nod to the North.
This experience could only be capped by the collaboration with our dear friend Charlie, who will enliven the dinner
with an all vinyl set…
